Sketch it! (Berlin)
Description: "Sketch it!" is created for those, who want to spread their message by using art. We invite all disciplines to gather for two weeks in Berlin at the beautiful Lake “Müggelsee” Summer at its best including the arts!
Type of Work: In cooperation with the "ARSPROTOTOkollektiv Berlin/Beograd" the participants will receive the opportunity to get to know peace-activism better. The aim is to integrate acquired skills into their own activism. The participants will be handed out creative tools that can help them to widen their possibilities of expression. We hope that volunteers can constitute new approaches for their social-engagement in their direct environment. The participants will also work on an exhibition that will be organized by the group and curated through “ARSPROTOTO kollektiv”.Also, in cooperation with the ARSPROTOTOkollektiv Berlin/Beograd the participants will also receive opportunity to get to know peace-activism.

Notes: Leadership- free Workshop: Leadership- free is an alternative way of leading international meetings. The basic idea is that the campleaders step back and the group as such is informed of all regulations and options, so that they can find their own way to organise themselves. For doing so a daily meeting is required and the camp leaders act as mediators, specifically for those participants who find it hard to present their ideas or suggestions in front of the group. This method is still under construction/ development and was tested successfully during ARSPROTOTO in 2016. A workshop should examine the method according to its problems, benefits and downsides for enabling the transfer from theory to practice.
