Organic Gardening in Froidmont Farm
Description: The Farm of Insertion “Froidmont” is a nonprofit association of social economy and socio-professional integration. Since its creation in 2010, it has addressed three challenges our society is facing: the lack of jobs, social exclusion and separation, destruction of our natural environment. Through its various initiatives, the project trains and accompanies adults in a precarious situation to find a job and works for social inclusion and protection of the environment. Its pedagogy is companionship and training through work. Thanks to its training courses, they train adults to become apprentice cook / waiter or gardener in organic farming. In addition to acquiring new skills, trainees are accompanied in their job search or in the launch of future professional projects.
