Paint The Summer In Colours
Description: AVI Moldova in cooperation with the Charitable Foundation House of Providence organize a summer camp for children. During one week, children from different families, including social vulnerable ones, will be involved in different activities. During the camp we are going to run team games, singing and dances lessons, handmade workshops and a trip outside the city. At the same time, besides the fun aspect, the proposed activities are intended to develop for children the human values necessary for their future, both in society and in family life.The camp aims is to promote values such as courage, perseverance, optimism, friendship, responsibility, justice. Children are the future of mankind, so the mission of contributing to their multilateral and moral development is essential to our organ
Type of Work: Volunteers will work with children. They will accompany kids during the day and will participate with them in activities mentioned above. They will also organize dance lessons and handmade and origami workshops.
Study Theme: Social work, improvement of art skills.
Accommodation: Our organization will provide accommodation and food in the frame of the camp. Volunteers will be accomodated in host families or in the hostel closed to the workcamp. Food will be provided by cooks.
Language: English, Russian, Romanian
Requirements: Volunteers must love to work with children and they need to be communicative, as well as sociable. They must be able to coordinate a dance workshop or love to make handmade and teach children to make it , also they need to know how to organize DIY (Do it yourself).
Approximate Location: Chişinău, The Capital of Republic of Moldova
